Litter-Robot™ 4

I absolutely love my Litter Robot 4. I thought the Litter Robot 3 was great, but this one is so much better, and quieter and holds a lot more waste. It tells me when the clean litter is getting empty and has gotten to know my 3 cats and records how frequently they are going… so when the vet asks me, I can actually tell them.

Customer service has been outstanding. They rang me 30 mins after I ordered it (on a public holiday) to say I didn’t need a fence for this robot as it came with one and refunded my money. They then kept me updated on the ordering process including it’s arrival into the country, clearing customs etc. It’s almost like it was a treasure map, and every couple of days I’d get a new clue, until I finally got the prize… which was the BEST. DAY. EVER!

2 cats have transitioned well, and is fantastic for them. One cat is terrified, so we are working through the inevitable “accidents” elsewhere. It’s been around 3.5 weeks, so still hopeful of making it work for the whole household. Weights are helpful for identifying which cat has used the litter, and remote monitoring of waste drawer and clean litter levels is a huge help

This has been a game changer for me with 3 cats. No mor scooping litter several times per day! Support from Mary was amazing and all of the hints and tips made it an easy transition. Litter does spill oit a bit even with the litter guard. The litter mat catches some litter but not all, but vaccuuming the litter ever other day is by far better than scooping cat poop several times per day. Glad I chose white as well as they do get dusty but is less visible. And, I can’t even smell their poop even straight after going. Anyone looking to upgrade or get one of these for the first time, do it, you will never look back.

Bit over priced for.a simple.machobe but does as advertised, through needed a deep.clean 2 weeks afterwards, replaced shopping for.cleaning the machine almost. Removing the fence helped and cleaning while.ot.cycles, reduces need for a deep.clean. worth having one but ots a bit dear.

This thing is brilliant. Such smart design with the smaller footprint and the way the moving parts are inaccessible from the outside. Better drawer design than the LR3. The app is convenient and it’s great to have the cat weights to help keep on top of their health. I’m totally happy with it and impressed with how much better it is than my old Litter Robot.
