Your Litter-Robot travels safely in a very BIG BOX. Australia Post do not carry parcels the size of the Litter-Robot, so a courier is needed to deliver to your door. However, someone needs to be available to sign for delivery. If redelivery is needed, there is an additional charge incurred. Similarly, redirection of your Litter-Robot also has an additional charge incurred. To avoid issues, please let us know how we can best get your Litter-Robot to you, in your order comments. You can also contact the courier direct using the tracking information provided by email on the day your order ships, typically the next working day from when you purchase online, to provide authority to leave your Big Box in a safe place (at your own risk). If you have any questions, please email sales@catevolution.com.au PRIOR to ordering, to ensure your Litter-Robot is able to be delivered asap.
