If you plan to use Litter-Robot 4 on carpet that’s 3mm+ thick or on uneven flooring, you can improve the accuracy of SmartScale™ weight readings by purchasing our specially designed Carpet Tray that sits between the unit and the floor. The carpet tray is not required for Litter-Robot 4 to function.
